Michael Introduces You to His Groomsmen
Scott Frey - Best Man
Scott is my oldest friend. We have known each other since the first grade and have continued to be great friends since. From backyard sports, youth soccer, band, musicals, various classes, college, and many other activities, our friendship has been a constant through the years. Scott is always one of the first people I call when I go back to my hometown. My life is better for being able to call him my friend. Scott is also getting married this year, and I would like to send him congratulations!
Jimmy Donovan - Groomsman
I met Jimmy freshman year at Penn State through a mutual friend and found out that he was from Plano, TX, which was where my mother lived at the time. This was such a fortunate coincidence because I know I will call him one of my best friends for the rest of my life. He is a funny, witty, and loyal gentleman that will do anything for a friend. Many of my good friends in Texas have been gained through Jimmy, and I am forever grateful to him for that as well.
Daniel Urban - Groomsman
The elder of my two younger brothers is Daniel. Dan was born when I was in the 7th grade, and I can still remember being called out of class to receive the good news. I have watched him from day one turn into a great man. He is one of the most courageous people I know, and I respect him greatly for that. He is also very loyal and I have witnessed him be a great brother, son, and friend to others. I am very proud to call him my brother.
Evan Urban - Groomsman
The youngest of my brothers is Evan. He has such a creative mind and his intelligence never ceases to amaze me. Though at times he can be a little unfiltered, it is only because his thoughts are moving so fast that he has to get them all out! His potential is limitless and I wouldn't be surprised if you hear his name on the news as the next major innovator!
Joe Flowers - Groomsman
Joe was one of the first people I met in Texas about 13 years ago, through Jimmy of course. Joe is always the life of the party with his quick one-liners, and I am always dying laughing at the end of any conversation (the bar is being set high Joe!). We quickly became good friends through our interests in music and food. Concerts and new hole-in-the-wall restaurants were always on the agenda. I talk to Joe almost daily, and I am very grateful to count him in this group of my best friends.
Chris Conner - Groomsman
I was introduced to Chris by Joe about four years ago, and we instantly became good friends. Chris is also a concert buddy of mine, so much so that we have even kept score of who has seen the most concerts in a given time frame. He is the kind of friend that is always willing to offer a hand, drive from Dallas to hang out, or just simply play a round of golf. I am so glad to have Chris standing with the rest of these guys on my wedding day.
